Every female has the right to protect and defend herself - if she fears for her life she has the absolute right to defend herself.
You must keep in mind that unless an individual is ambushed that there are "warning signs/red flags" along with mental, emotional and/or verbal abuse and much more before physical altercations erupt; these are indicators to remove yourself from the environment. Ultimately, if you are in a position that you have and must react as a result of physical abuse you are not at zero option. You do have a fighting chance. KNOWLEDGE IS A POWERFUL TOOL! Embrace your inner strength and become empowered.
Keep in mind, there are no guarantee's in any form of personal safety/self-defense but with knowledge and knowing how to use your mind, body and spirit you at least have a chance. DOING SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN DOING NOTHING.
As you will see in the pictures, these ladies trained for the physical aspect of defending themselves. I personally commend each female that takes a step out on faith, realizes that violence surrounds us daily and that anyone is a potential victim.
Take care and STAY SAFE!Anny
